Set-up starts at 2PM , enter at 4th & B St (Brewster's). You will exit at 4th & E St. No vehicles will be allowed in after 3:30 PM. No vehicle movement after 3:45 PM. *

Do you have a preference of what block or business you would like to set up near?? We will do our best to accommodate. Requests are First Ask, First Get. You will be able to back-in or head-in the parallel spots on the west side as the street will be closed to traffic for this event.

I acknowledge by printing my name below that I understand that there will be NO movement of any vehicle during the event and until the street is clear. Any vehicle movement and/or attempt to circumvent the road barriers/blocks may result in a citation by local law enforcement *

Welcome to our 5th Annual Trick or Treat on 4th Street. This is fun and safe way for our Community to participate. In 2020 & 2021, we served approximately 500 kids. In 2022, 800 kids came through and 2023/2024 1000+. City will close 4th Street from B St to E St. We are looking for businesses, organizations and clubs to set-up in one of the parking spots on 4th Street, between B St and E St, for a Trunk or Treat. There is no charge to participate. This is NOT a vendor event to sell items. You may pass out information on your business or organization. Be prepared for approximately 1000+ kids.

You may use cars/trunks, canopies & tables, trailers or ? to set up. All we are doing is assigning you a parking space(s). Let us know how much room you think you will need. You may also choose which block or business you want to be on, these are first-come, first-get.
