This is an indoor event. We may open up some outside spaces, weather depending. Setup for vendors begins at 10 AM. Please note any special requests or comments below. Vendors must have a valid CA Seller's Permit or valid reason for not having one. Application may be rejected if not complete. You may be asked to submit pictures of items and/or setup. BREAKING DOWN YOUR BOOTH PRIOR TO 5 PM WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM FUTURE EVENTS. FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR THE EVENT OR NOT LEAVING YOUR SPACE CLEAN WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM FUTURE EVENTS. No duplicate Direct Sales Companies will be permitted. We reserve the right to restrict the number of like companies. Your spot is only guaranteed upon receipt of a COMPLETED application AND any required PAYMENT. The booth space will be a 6ft table & chair, please plan accordingly. All items must be contained within your booth space. NO REFUND unless this event is canceled by Barsetti Vineyards & L'Chayim of Galt PRIOR to start of the event. Limited electricity is available. Vendors understand that the organizers of this event are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment, accident and/or injury to me or my guests/associates/customers, and do not hold the promoters/organizers for any liability. Although the organizers of this event will be marketing on Facebook, social media, local print in and around the town of Galt, the vendor understands that the financial success as a vendor is their responsibility. Release of Liability. I, the undersigned, as a vendor in this event on December 7, 2024 my own insurance and assumes the liability for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Barsetti Vineyards, Janis Barsetti, L'Chayim of Galt, Janis Barsetti & Gale Webber from and against judgements whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly out of or in connection with, participation in said event.
